Every candidate is scored against our proprietary vetting protocol: 100 points across four categories: technical acumen, demonstrated impact, consulting aptitude, and professional growth. We look at delivery and skill evidence, not the claims or keywords: a skill without project context, outcome, or delivery proof scores as if it does not exist. How do you deliver in 72 hours?
